Manoa Falls

Just had a family hike to Manoa falls...threw a bamboo rainforest.. its was nice a little warm got to sweatin.. kids didnt complain too much which wasa GREAT change... got to see some beautiful flowers adn hear a stream again... it was lovely if i could have jsut sat by the running water i woudl have for hours... it makes me feel sooo happy ... the breeze blowing through the leaves... the birds chirping... makes me think back to how hawaii must have been before all the people moved here.... peaceful lovely way to spend a sunday afternoon!
